Here is a shot from the small photoshoot I had at Animefest 2011~ Unfortunately we didn't get too many shots of this outfit at the convention due to time, though I hope to arrange a more in depth photoshoot with this outfit in the future~ I simply love his character~

A Little About The Costume
This costume was a bit of a miracle considering I had to not only draw out the entire pattern for the outfit, but so much detail work went into it in such a short amount of time. Over 6 yards of trim were hand-sewn into the gown. The neck arrangement was made from trim I made and hand-sewn into the shape you see. Glass beads were also sewn into the tassels from the neck arrangement. The peacock feathers on the gown were hand-arranged and made as well. The nails on my left hand were painted by myself as well.

Not only that but the bird is made from sculpted with paper mache by me with a wire frame skeleton. Each feather had to be placed and glued as well! Tedious work indeed!
